Executive Mentoring and Corporate Support

In addition to providing mentoring services, the leaders at Zero In Solutions have experience at executive levels of private and public organisations. Drawing on this experience, our leaders provide individualised services to executive level individuals in the industry.

At a corporate level we offer independent advisory services and training to Executives and Boards. We support organisations with assessing its risks, preparing effective strategies and putting in place appropriate delegation structures which will improve and not hinder operations. A growing trend has been to add more layers of approvers, which does not add any real value and in the long run neither addresses the real issues nor mitigates the risk, and in fact often results in additional risks.

Our team has experience at the executive level and provides short term Executive services (such as CEO, COO, CCO or General Manager) to organisations where a gap exists whilst you are recruiting. Additionally, we can fulfil roles as Non-Executive Directors for organisations looking to add specific skills to their current or expanding Board.
